Lear 60XR Market

Current Market State for the Lear 60XR

After inventory rose during the fourth quarter of 2019, things have stabilized and have actually decreased over the past few months. This is similar to the entire midsize jet market inventory, where a slight decrease has been seen since December of 2019. There are currently 16 60XR’s available, similar to a year ago. Breaking down the current inventory, nearly a third of listings have been on the market over a year, showing a lack of motivation among many sellers in this market. 2007/2008 model years make up over half of the current listings, with a mix of 2008 models having their 12 year inspection complied with. April transactions in the midsize jet category were down 74% compared to a year ago.
