Hawker 800XP, Hawker 850XP, Hawker 900XP
Hawker 800XP inventory is down nearly 60% from a year ago. Currently, there are just 26 aircraft for sale. This represents only 4% of the active fleet, the lowest level recorded in many years. Along with decreasing inventory, activity has picked since the 1stof the year. There were 17 sales during Q2 2021, up from just four transactions a year ago. With only 14 sales YTD in 2020, 2021 is off to an incredible start with 28 sales YTD. Pricing has increased as a result of all this, with Pro Line 21 aircraft showing the most significant price increases. With strong pricing, low inventory, and strong demand, now is the perfect time to sell your 800XP.
Lack of quality options has kept 850XP sales in check for the past six months. After reaching 20 listings during the end of 2019, inventory has slowly declined, now at just nine listings. There were no transactions during the first quarter, but Q2 2021 rebounded slightly and produced two sales. Low inventory has also had an effect on pricing, with the 2nd quarter showing significant price increases over transactions that took place towards the end of 2020. With a need in this market for low-time, US-based options, now would be a great time to sell your Hawker 850XP.
The Hawker 900XP market is as strong as ever as we head into the 3rd quarter of 2021. There were 10 sales during Q2 2021, the highest number we’ve seen in the past two years. This is despite the lowest inventory levels we’ve seen, at just seven listings. Currently, only 4% of the active fleet is for sale, less than half of what was listed a year ago. This has resulted in a price increase, with buyers competing over quality US-based aircraft. With record low inventory and demand, now is the perfect time to sell your 900XP.
