Hawker 800XP inventory is up 15% in the past year, compared to the relatively stable midsize jet category which only increased three percent over the same time period. There are currently 61 800XP’s listed for sale, of which 17 are Pro Line 21™ equipped. Current inventory levels represent 15.3% of the active fleet. Transactions took a hit in the second quarter, with only four transactions taking place. There have been a combined 14 sales so far in 2020, well behind the 26 transactions occurring during the first half of 2019. Midsize jet transactions slowed to just eight sales in April, but have make a comeback with 37 sales taking place in May and June. With elevated inventory and minimal activity, now is a great time to purchase a Hawker 800XP.

Even though transactions slowed during Q2, the 850XP market is having relatively active year. There have been nine sales so far in 2020, seven of which occurred during the first quarter. Compare that to 2019 where only three sales occurred during the first half of the year.
Inventory has declined over the past year, currently 16 aircraft are for sale compared to 19 850XP’s that were listed a year ago. The broader midsize jet category had a small increase during that same time frame. With inventory holding steady and decent demand, this market remains balanced for both buyers and sellers.

Hawker 900XP inventory has dropped 28% in the past 6 months, compared to the broader midsize jet category which decreased 12% during the same time frame. There are currently 15 900XP’s listed for sale, the lowest level we’ve seen since Q4 2018. Eight percent of the active fleet is on market.
Transactions halted during the second quarter as it did in the larger midsize jet segment. Just one 900XP sale during Q2 2020, making only five transactions on the year. This is well behind the active start to 2019 where 19 had sold by this time. With both inventory and transactions down, this market remains balanced for buyers and sellers.
