Hawker 800XP, Hawker 850XP, Hawker 900XP
The lack of inventory has slowed transactions, but pricing continues to surge in the 800XP market. Inventory declined again during the first quarter, now at just 12 listings. This is one third of what was listed a year ago. Transactions took a hit with limited options for buyers, and only five sales took place during Q1. Demand remains strong, with current deals pushing values well over double what these were trading at a year ago. With low inventory and strong demand, now is a great time to sell your 800XP.
Quality options are still hard to come by in the 850XP market, and buyers are willing to pay a premium when they find one. Inventory is down to just two listings in this market, representing just 3.1% of the active fleet. Current inventory levels are now 25% of what they were a year ago. Transactions continue to take place, with three sales occurring in Q1. This is the most in a quarter since Q4 of 2020. Prices continue to surge as sellers have multiple buyers competing for their airplane. With continued low inventory and elevated prices, now is a great time to sell your 850XP.
900XP inventory remains depleted, but demand continues to be strong as we head into the second quarter of 2022. For the second consecutive quarter, just one 900XP is listed for sale. If we look back a year, there 13 available on market. This hasn’t kept buyers from digging up off market aircraft, as seven transactions took place during Q1 2022. This is more than three times what sold a year ago. Strong demand and low inventory has pushed prices well past anything we’ve seen in three years. With absolutely no competition and record demand, now is a great time to sell your 900XP.
