The Hawker 800XP market is coming off one of the most active quarters in the past two years. During the third quarter there were 18 transactions, compared to just 14 during the entire first half of 2020. Due to the slow start to the year, we are still behind last year’s pace of 37 sales by this time. Inventory peaked at 61 listings during Q2 2020, but dropped sharply to just 53 during the third quarter. Pricing has dropped slightly, but look for that to possibly firm up with the lack of domestic PL21 equipped options. With inventory shrinking and plenty of demand, now may be a great time to list your Hawker 800XP.
