Hawker 800XP, Hawker 850XP, Hawker 900XP
The Hawker 800XP market is coming off one of the most active quarters in the past two years. During the third quarter there were 18 transactions, compared to just 14 during the entire first half of 2020. Due to the slow start to the year, we are still behind last year’s pace of 37 sales by this time. Inventory peaked at 61 listings during Q2 2020, but dropped sharply to just 53 during the third quarter. Pricing has dropped slightly, but look for that to possibly firm up with the lack of domestic PL21 equipped options. With inventory shrinking and plenty of demand, now may be a great time to list your Hawker 800XP.
Hawker 850XP inventory is trending down and transactions are picking up as we head into the fourth quarter of 2020. There are currently 14 850XP’s for sale, down from 20 listings a year ago. There were five sales during the third quarter, making a combined 14 transactions on the year. This is up from just nine sales YTD in 2019. Pricing has softened a bit, but nothing like the big hit this market took at the end of 2019. With inventory trending down and plenty of demand, now may be the right time to sell your 850XP.
Hawker 900XP inventory remains low, maintaining levels not seen since the end of 2018. There are currently 15 aircraft for sale, down from 21 listings at the end of 2019. Pricing had held steady for over a year, but has softened during the third quarter. With relatively low inventory and attractive prices, this market remains balanced for buyers and sellers.
