The Gulfstream G200 market continues to remain extremely active. Q4 averaged five units on the market, which is the lowest amount for sale in over 19 years, and certainly the lowest since the G200 has become a mature market. There have been 15 sales in Q4, which is the most that there have been in over five years. Pricing has seen significant increases in 2021. This would be a good time to sell a G200 as there are many buyers with little inventory.
The Gulfstream G280 continues to be active. After increasing in 2020, inventory continues to drop. In Q4, there were an average of six units on the market, which is three fewer than the previous quarter. There were eight sales in Q4, which is the most since Q4, 2020. Pricing has taken a huge increase this quarter as buyers vastly outnumber sellers. This is an excellent time to sell a G280, as inventory levels are extremely low, and there are ample buyers.
