In its eighth year of production, the Citation M2 has matured into an active market. Q2 averaged 13 units on the market, which is down seven units from just two quarters prior. There was only one sale in Q2, which is four fewer than in Q2 2019. This would be a good time to purchase an M2, as there appears to be more supply than demand at this time.

There were 20 CJ2+ aircraft for sale in Q2, which is the highest number available since 2016, and three more than a year ago. There were only three sales in Q2 2020, which is less than half of the volume a year ago. This would be a good time to buy, as there is a near record supply with fewer buyers.

The Citation CJ3 market continues to struggle. There were an average of 46 units available for sale this past quarter, which is the most available than there ever has been. Only six units traded last quarter, which is half of the number sold in Q2 2019. This is an excellent time to purchase a CJ3, as there are many more aircraft available than there are buyers.

The Citation CJ4 market continues to be sluggish. The number available has doubled since Q2 2019, and is at an all-time high. Only five sold in Q2, which is two fewer than the sales of Q2 2019. This would be a good time to purchase a CJ4, as there is a record supply with declining demand.
