Elliott Jets Hires Eric Hammer as Executive Sales Director

Moline, IL, February 4, 2020 – Elliott Jets, a leading jet broker, is pleased to announce the hiring of Eric Hammer as Executive Sales Director. Prior to joining Elliott Jets, Eric was a Regional Sales Director for Embraer, responsible for all pre-owned sales into North America. In addition to his most-recent position, he has led sales efforts for Atlantic Aero and Cessna. During his aircraft sales career, he has been directly responsible for the sale of more than 150 turbine-powered aircraft. Prior to selling aircraft, Eric spent 11 years as a Flight Dynamics Officer in NASA’s Mission Control Center in Houston.

Eric will be responsible for signing up new brokerage and acquisition listings as well as selling aircraft from inventory. He is based in South Florida and thus will have a particular focus on the Southeastern United States market. He will lead customers through the transaction to include market evaluation, accurate pricing, marketing, lead generation, negotiation and pre-purchase management.

“We’re happy to have Eric as part of our team,” said Todd Jackson, Vice President of Acquisitions for Elliott Jets. “He’s had a tremendous amount of success selling aircraft. He is an expert at helping guide customers through the difficult parts of an aircraft transaction like asset valuation, pre-purchase inspection management, and discrepancy negotiation.”

Eric is a retired Navy Reserve Officer and an active aviator. He is a commercial, multi-engine, instrument-rated pilot with nearly 1,500 flight hours.
