Phenom 100, Phenom 300
Activity has ramped back up in the Phenom 100 market, with Q3 2019 producing more sales than any quarter since Q2 2018. The third quarter of 2019 brought 10 transactions, up from just three during the prior quarter. Inventory has held steady for the second consecutive quarter, after rising sharply Q1 2019. Currently, there are 35 Phenom 100’s for sale, representing 12% of the active fleet. Overall, pricing has remained unchanged since last quarter, and the first early models with fresh 10 year inspections have hit the market. With a large selection and attractive pricing, now is still a great time to purchase a Phenom 100.
Strong demand continues in the Phenom 300 market as we head into the fourth quarter of 2019. Another busy quarter as 10 transactions took place during Q3 2019. This is a repeat of Q2 2019, with now 20 Phenom 300’s trading in just 6 months’ time. Inventory levels were much lower last year at this time, with Q3 2018’s levels at just 12 aircraft for sale. Inventory remains unchanged since last quarter at 18 listings, which still represents just 4% of the active fleet. Pricing did slip recently, with this market’s first drop since Q1 2018. With values dropping slightly, yet still high demand, this market remains balanced for both buyers and seller.
