The Gulfstream G200 is one of the only markets to outperform Q4. Seven aircraft sold in Q1, which is three more than Q4. Q1 averaged 19 Gulfstream G200 aircraft for sale, which represents 8% of the active fleet. The number available for sale has been decreasing for the past three quarters and is the lowest since 2018. 37% of the available aircraft sold in the third quarter. Pricing has held steady for the past two quarters. With ample supply and good activity, this is an excellent time to either buy or sell a G200.
After a record number of sales in Q4, there were no Gulfstream G280 retail transactions in the first quarter. Q1 averaged 13 Gulfstream G280 aircraft for sale, representing 6% of the active fleet, and is the lowest since Q1, 2020. The number available for sale is unchanged from Q4, and two fewer than the record number available in Q3. Pricing continues to hold steady in this market. The lack of activity in transactions and moderate inventory indicate opportunities for buyers.
