Phenom 100, Phenom 300
Phenom 100 inventory once again dropped in the third quarter of 2018. Inventory has been steadily declining since the second quarter of 2017; where there were 40 Phenom 100’s for sale. Currently, there are only 12 aircraft on the market. This represents just 4% of the active fleet. This sharp decline in inventory is starting to have an effect on transactions. Only four Phenom 100’s sold in the third quarter. This is down from 11 in the prior quarter. Pricing dipped slightly after the first quarter of 2018 and has held steady since. This market needs more U.S. based options. If you are considering selling your Phenom 100, now is a great time.
Once again, the Phenom 300 market remains strong coming into the fourth quarter of 2018. There were nine transactions in the third quarter, the most we’ve seen since the second quarter of 2017. Along with a busy third quarter, inventory has dropped sharply to just 13 aircraft for sale. This reflects under 3% of the active fleet. With transactions up and inventory down, it’s no surprise that pricing has increased in this market. Buyers are once again struggling to find airplanes that fit their criteria. If you are considering selling your Phenom 300, there has been no better time in the last year to sell your aircraft.
