Inventory has remained steady the since the 2nd half of 2017, fluctuating between 10 and 11 aircraft for sale. Currently, 9% of the active fleet is on the market. Pricing took a big hit in Q4 of 2017, but things have stabilized since. The last three quarters of 2017 brought 16 transactions, and if lower prices are causing more buyers to enter this market, we could expect the same or more from 2018.

The number available for sale has increased slightly for the past three quarters with the addition of four aircraft. Pricing continues to remain stable as it has for two quarters. Because of the slow sales activity and increasing availability, this would be a good time to purchase a 900EX EASy.
