There is still a high percentage of Falcon 50EX aircraft for sale, with 19% of the market available for purchase. Surprisingly the number of days on the market is not as high as you would expect. We did see six retail transactions in the first quarter of this year, which almost duplicated the total sales of 2016. Values are still dropping for this model of Falcon. The demand rating for the Falcon 50EX is a C-.

In 2017, we had only one transaction. The number of days on the market for this aircraft model is still high and values are still dropping. The demand rating for the Falcon 900EX is a C.

Between the two models, the LX has had a little better retail demand than the EX EASy. Values on these aircraft are dropping just like every other large cabin aircraft. The demand rating for the 900EX EASy and 900LX is a C-.
